It's October and in our world that means Quilt Market! We missed last year and nearly missed again this year until Carol (home sick) insisted Barb go on her own. (Unsupervised shopping! Whoop!)

We love Quilt Market because we always find new ideas to inspire our customers. Some products are already here, others will arrive later this fall. Note from Barb: I promised Carol I wouldn't do anything fun without her but when I told her about the Moda window scene photo op, she insisted I get a picture! So, hello from Houston!

Starting Nov 1, Barb will provide weekly tutorials in downloadable PDF format with tips, optional tools and tricks once a week for 6 weeks.

Double Lush Velvet

We have new prints of Double Lush Velvet, just in, including BARBIE! (There may have been some peer pressure on that one!) If you want to try the crochet edge blanket, you will need the perforating rotary blade to punch the holes in the fabric. When buying Double Lush Velvet for crocheting the edge we recommend 1 1/4 yds for a 45" x 60" blanket or 2 yds for the 60" x 72" blanket.
