Mystery Quilt: Thank you to everyone who enrolled and attended our 2025 mystery quilt event. Your quilts are going to be beautiful! Email us with a picture of your completed quilt top and we will share them on our social media pages. Sorry, the pattern is for attendees only. Not available separately. Due to popular response we will bring you another mystery event in 2026.

July Retreat: Join us July 24, 25 and 26 at the Glenn Co Fairgrounds for three days of sewing! $275 includes 6 meals. Lodging is on your own or make RV reservations directly with the Fairgrounds. A $100 deposit will hold your space. Balances due by July 1, 2025, or pay in full when you register. To remind: No refunds or store credits for cancellations. Retreat ends at 8 pm on Sat night.

Sometimes we have random block of the month kits that don't get picked up, or someone drops out midway leaving us with a partial kit. In a recent trip, Barb spent time in the back room collating those incomplete kits into full kits. Western Rustic Star Frame Quilt Kit
Sometimes we have a bunch of panels so we walk around the store looking for a pattern that would be suitable. That's what happened with the Western Rustic Star Frame Quilt. The cowboy panel is framed with barnwood then a western print alternating with 6" pieced stars. In red, denim blue and worn wood tones it makes a generous lap quilt finishing 70" x 72".

New Notions!
Famore' 45mm Rotary Cutter. A new style of rotary cutter with ball bearings requiring far less pressure than all other brands. We are already on our second shipment of the 45mm size. The 60mm and 28mm are coming soon. Barb cut all day for three consecutive days during Quilt Rush with this gem and loves it. Carol, with a broken elbow, was able to resume cutting much sooner on account of the ball bearing action on this new tool.
