Accuquilt with Carol: Beyond the Qube Sew Along
Curious about AccuQuilt? Do you wish you could try-before-you-buy an AccuQuilt Cutter? Do you have the cutter but rarely use it?
Beginning in Jan and continuing once a month for 10 months, Carol will lead you through Accuquilt's Beyond the Qube Sew Along Quilt. Make a stunning bed sized medallion quilt, entirely cut out on AccuQuilt. In each class Carol will share tips and techniques while you use the dies in class. Step-by-step instructions, with homework, will help you finish your quilt by the time the class concludes. Use Quilt Corral's machines and dies or bring your own.
Finished quilt size: 96" x 96"
The class fee is $100 for all 10 classes.

Block of the Month:
Barn Star Sampler Shop Hop
In November and December, we welcome back all our customers who signed up for the program at Quilt Corral. Pick up your blocks anytime during each of the last two months. For the rest of you, plan to pick up at the shop you signed up with. We hope you have had a fun time bouncing around the north state from shop to shop! As you are nearing the end of the program check out all the beautiful wide backs we currently have in stock and grab one for your Barn Star Sampler quilt!
NEW! Table Runner of the Month Club
Make a seasonal table runner each month for a year. We will be using Villa Rosa patterns for these fast and fun table runners. Sizes vary but most are between 48" - 60" long. The $10 sign up fee includes a bonus kit for a Happy Birthday table runner that you will recieve along with the first month's kit. If you love making table runners, this is what you've been waiting for.

Focus on handwork
Clover Quick Yo-Yo maker All you scrap savers out there! Get on board with making Yo-Yo's! When using the Clover Yo-Yo maker it's not necessary to cut out circles, just put your scrap of fabric in the two part tool, then trim away the excess. We have an abundance of extra large, 2 3/8" finished size, in stock, so we put them on sale for this month only! This size is well suited to charm packs, such as Untamed or Dragonfly Dance! And they're fun to make with kids too!
Not sure what to make with your scrappy Yo-yos, look on Pinterest for a gazillion ideas! Barb is sewing them to a background square of fabric and making a pillow.

Featured GO! Accuquilt!
NEW! Hat dies!
Accuquilt has released two new dies featuring hats! Make a quilted ball cap style hat (trucker's hat) or a bucket hat. The dies include all the shapes needed. Start a trend in your sewing group with specialty hats for everyone.

Die Catcher
We featured the die catcher when it first released but are including it again after having a chance to use it. Barb says it's a game changer for her because her machine is set up on a microwave cart, with little room to spare, so her dies used to crash to the floor. (See image below.)
Carol loves that the top lifts up with a compartment for storing the power block, keeping her sewing area tidy. And she notices that it's much quieter when the dies slide onto the die catcher.
Installation is as simple as opening the box and setting the die catcher flush with the Go Big. There is nothing to screw in or assemble.
We have a few in stock. We can special order this item but keep in mind that we may have to wait awhile for delivery. If you already have a Go Big cutter, this would make an awesome Christmas gift.

Add a Quarter Ruler
Foundation paper piecers love this ruler for trimming their seams as they piece, but it's also handy for confirming 1/4 seams in regular sewing. We have it in the original 2" wide size and a pretty pink version in a narrower width. Choose 6" long or 12" long.
