"Once in a blue moon" = Very rare. Occurs once in a very long time.
The full moon on October 31, 2020 will be a Blue Moon, (that means it's the second full moon in a calendar month - it doesn't really turn blue.)
A blue moon only occurs once every 2.7 years. The last time it happened on Halloween was 1944 and it won't happen again until 2039. That's rare indeed!
And there is another rare event coming up - so rare that this is the first time we've ever done it, and we might not do it again until 2039, so don't miss out!
